We’re proud to share that Dr. Allison McCain-Schroeder, a resident of EyeCare Associates, will be presenting at the highly anticipated Residents' Presentations 2025, held March 13–14, 2025.
Dr. Schroeder will take the stage on Thursday, March 13, from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM, to present her lecture titled "Optometric Management of Patients with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome." Her session will offer valuable insights into this complex condition and how optometrists can play a key role in patient care and management. This topic reflects the growing awareness of systemic conditions that can impact visual function, and Dr. Schroeder's expertise in this area is sure to be a highlight of the conference.
The Residents' Presentations conference, hosted by SUNY College of Optometry, brings together the brightest emerging professionals in optometry to share their research, clinical experiences, and innovative approaches to patient care. All sessions are COPE-accredited, making this event a valuable resource for continuing education across the profession.
We also commend the conference’s commitment to sustainability. In support of SUNY’s initiative to reduce single-use plastics, attendees will receive reusable water bottles and have access to water refill stations throughout the venue.
We are thrilled to see Dr. Schroeder representing EyeCare Associates at such a prestigious event and continuing to lead with passion and clinical excellence.
