EyeCare Associates is Hiring! Front Desk, Optical Technician, and Vision Therapy Staff Needed

EyeCare Associates is seeking hard working, responsible team members for our growing, multi-location multi-doctor practice who want to make a difference in the vision care field. Front Desk / Optical Technician

Specific responsibilities include opening procedures, checking in patients, entering intake forms, asking patient history questions, pretesting, specialized testing, entering data into Compulink, making appointments, checking out patients, training on contact lens insertion and removal, and end of day. Pretesting includes lensometry, autorefraction, acuities, stereo and color vision testing, heart rate, blood pressure, OPTOS fundus photos, Keystone Visual Skills Testing, Van Orden Star and Cheiroscope testing, and visual field testing.


Vision Therapist

Work with patients (primarily children, but includes all age groups) diagnosed with reading, visual processing and learning related issues. Vision therapy training and shadowing will be provided. You will also be trained to assist patients recovering from concussions and strokes as well as those with eye turns and other visual disorders.  For this role we would like to see 1-2 years of vision therapy experience along with a passion for helping others, though we are willing to train those with prior experience working with kids and individuals with disabilities. EyeCare Associates, PC is an optometry practice providing full scope care including eye examinations, glasses, contact lenses, visual perceptual testing and vision therapy. We have been providing high-quality vision care to our patients in the Fairfield County community for over 20 years. Our goal is to ensure that patients gain a thorough understanding of how to maintain healthy eyes and vision, while being treated with the utmost care. We perform routine eye exams and advanced testing, diagnose functional vision problems, prescribe eyeglasses, fit contact lenses, and offer vision therapy.
